Gresham turned a commercial building fire disaster to an advantage, with a rebuilding scheme that added 60% more building volume to the same site at one-third less cost than duplicating the original.

Beach Ford Dealership

completed the demolition of two existing buildings and the construction of a new two-story 35,306 SF showroom building. The first floor is entirely for display, sales, and delivery of new vehicles. The second floor contains executive and administrative offices and training rooms. It also has a café, children’s play area and waiting areas for customer comfort and convenience. The building is clad in architectural metal panels and the front showroom area is a glass window wall.

The existing facility remained open and operational throughout the entire construction process. To accomplish this, we emphasized a coordinated effort between the project team and required all subcontractors to maintain required access, cleanliness, and safety standards in shared spaces for the project duration.

The project also included related site work, including integration of a new BMP stormwater management systems.
