Gresham turned a commercial building fire disaster to an advantage, with a rebuilding scheme that added 60% more building volume to the same site at one-third less cost than duplicating the original.

CNU Entrance and Interior Roads

This project consisted of the re-visioning of CNU’s central University entry drive into a student/pedestrian focused plaza. The project entailed a new curb-less edged paver street, with precast concrete university insignias inset at key points and highly ornamental wrought iron gates to control vehicle access.
