Gresham turned a commercial building fire disaster to an advantage, with a rebuilding scheme that added 60% more building volume to the same site at one-third less cost than duplicating the original.

Barrier Islands Center Museum – African American Almshouse

This project entailed the restoration/renovation of the African American Almshouse, circa 1910, at the Barrier Islands Center Museum on the Eastern Shore of Virginia.
