Gresham turned a commercial building fire disaster to an advantage, with a rebuilding scheme that added 60% more building volume to the same site at one-third less cost than duplicating the original.

Calvary Revival Church

completed a phased addition and new construction to provide space for the growing congregation of Calvary Revival Church. The first phase consisted of an interior and exterior remodel and expansion of the existing facility. An addition on the building’s west side increased the size of the sanctuary and lobby. The exterior was finished with granite and gemstone.

Phase II of this project consisted of a new 35,000 SF three-story Christian Education Building on the east side of the existing building. New spaces included classrooms, multi-purpose rooms, a music suite, and a fitness area on the third floor. This addition gave Calvary Revival much-needed space for their Children and Youth Divisions.
