Gresham turned a commercial building fire disaster to an advantage, with a rebuilding scheme that added 60% more building volume to the same site at one-third less cost than duplicating the original.

Tabernacle Church of Norfolk

When this fast-growing non-denominational congregation needed a larger facility, was selected for construction management of this 85,800 SF building to house their worship space, gathering, and Sunday School classes. During the week, the two-story school wing is used by Norfolk Christian Schools for their lower school. The Sanctuary features theatre style seating, while the classroom wing has a large multi-purpose gymnasium, kitchen, library, and office space.
