Gresham turned a commercial building fire disaster to an advantage, with a rebuilding scheme that added 60% more building volume to the same site at one-third less cost than duplicating the original.

Trinity Episcopal Church Phased Renovation and Restoration

E.T. Gresham Company completed phased restorations and renovations of this historic church (circa 1829, 1894). Work included repairs to the roof structure, deconstruction and subsequent reconstruction of the original 1894 bell tower, interior renovations to the sanctuary and parish hall, and repairs to the aging masonry.
