Gresham turned a commercial building fire disaster to an advantage, with a rebuilding scheme that added 60% more building volume to the same site at one-third less cost than duplicating the original.

Suffolk Visitors Center

Suffolk Visitor Center sits in the old Nansemond Courthouse at the corner of Main Street and Constance. This project was an adaptive re-use, turning this space into a Visitor Center on the ground floor and the offices for Suffolk Economic Development on the second. In all, total area was more than 4,100 SF.
