Gresham turned a commercial building fire disaster to an advantage, with a rebuilding scheme that added 60% more building volume to the same site at one-third less cost than duplicating the original.

Tabernacle Church of Norfolk

When this fast growing non-denominational congregation needed a larger facility, GRESHAM constructed this 85,800 square foot building to house their worship space, gathering, and Sunday School classes. During the week, the two story school wing is used by Norfolk Christian Schools for their lower school. The Sanctuary features theatre style seating while the Classroom wing has a large multi-purpose gymnasium, kitchen, library and office space.
