Gresham turned a commercial building fire disaster to an advantage, with a rebuilding scheme that added 60% more building volume to the same site at one-third less cost than duplicating the original.
E.T. Gresham

Priority Infiniti Dealership

completed construction management services for the demolition of the existing used car dealership and the new construction of a 23,400 SF building. New spaces included a showroom, with glass curtain wall, staff and storage areas, service center, parts department, and administrative offices. The service department was constructed from a pre-engineered metal building and the showroom consisted of conventional construction.

There was also extensive sitework to allow for storage of merchandise on the dealership lot. Gresham was involved from the beginning as a Design / Builder and worked through extensive coordination with the owner to deliver a successful final product.
