Gresham turned a commercial building fire disaster to an advantage, with a rebuilding scheme that added 60% more building volume to the same site at one-third less cost than duplicating the original.

Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center

completed construction for a new automotive repair facility adjacent to the Priority Ford Dealership building. The 10,600 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) consists of ten service bays, administrative offices, and a fuel system containment area. It was one of six Design-Build contracts between Priority Automotive, , and The Design Collaborative.

Careful coordination was needed throughout the design and construction process to streamline the schedule and avoid any impact to the adjacent fully operational dealership building. This building was constructed on a former trash dump/brownfield site and required significant remediation during the pre-construction phase.
