Gresham turned a commercial building fire disaster to an advantage, with a rebuilding scheme that added 60% more building volume to the same site at one-third less cost than duplicating the original.

SECEP Renovations at JFK Middle School

completed fast-track renovations to two separate areas totaling 12,382 S at JFK Middle School that are occupied by the Southeastern Cooperative Educational Programs (SECEP). Interior renovations were completed in a free-standing 8,396 SF building on the school campus, as well as a 4,013 SF portion of the main school building.
