Gresham turned a commercial building fire disaster to an advantage, with a rebuilding scheme that added 60% more building volume to the same site at one-third less cost than duplicating the original.

Calvary Presbyterian Church

completed preconstruction services and value engineering for an addition and major renovation of Calvary Presbyterian Church. The total new and renovated area was 15,000 SF, which included a new fellowship hall, new administrative offices, and a renovation of the old fellowship hall into classrooms. The Gresham team also updated the appearance of the church by constructing a gabled roof over an existing flat roof (about 75% of existing building) and adding a covered colonial-style colonnade sidewalk entrance.
