Gresham turned a commercial building fire disaster to an advantage, with a rebuilding scheme that added 60% more building volume to the same site at one-third less cost than duplicating the original.

Episcopal Church of The Good Shepherd

was brought on during the pre-construction phase for the renovation of the existing church facility which consisted of a complete re-design of site parking, lighting, and landscaping as well as new entrance sidewalks, screening, daycare playground facilities, replacement of mechanical equipment and systems, replacement of roof areas, repainting of exterior, addition of exterior entry canopies and expansion and upgrading to ADA accessible design.
