Gresham turned a commercial building fire disaster to an advantage, with a rebuilding scheme that added 60% more building volume to the same site at one-third less cost than duplicating the original.

Freemason Street Baptist Church

and Hanbury were contacted to expand this historic church (circa 1848), located in Downtown Norfolk. A three story, 15,250 SF addition was added to its north, which houses a Chapel area, offices, and Sunday School classrooms.
