E.T. GRESHAM COMPANY completed new construction for an automotive dealership with employee offices, conference and meeting space, café, lounge spaces, training rooms, sales areas, and showroom space. The building also included attached high bay service/parts areas with vehicle fluids storage and disposal area. This project, like the adjacent Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center, was built on a former dump site/brownfield.
