E.T. Gresham Company completed the new construction of a 9,000 square foot Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) adjacent to the Priority Infiniti Dealership. The building includes twelve service bays and six detailing bays, as well as staff training and education areas. Care and coordination were needed throughout the design and construction process to streamline the schedule and avoid any impact on the adjacent operational dealership.
