This project involved the phased construction of a one-story replacement school and a phased demolition of the existing school. Work included new stormwater features and engineered infrastructure for on-grade and underground items; plumbing, mechanical, and electrical building systems; and tie-in to existing site utilities.
The existing building remained operational during Phase I of construction.
