Gresham turned a commercial building fire disaster to an advantage, with a rebuilding scheme that added 60% more building volume to the same site at one-third less cost than duplicating the original.

ODU Visitor Locker Room

was the General Contractor for a new one-story visitor locker room facility, which also featured a coaches’ changing room and equipment storage area. The 3,280 SF facility was constructed with a structural steel stud frame, metal siding, and single ply roof system. All site work and site utility work for the building were undertaken within an active campus. The building has since been demolished and replaced by facilities within ODU’s Foreman Field.
