E.T. GRESHAM COMPANY served as the General Contractor for the HVAC & Roof Replacement project at Petsworth Elementary School. The project included re-roofing approximately 56,950 square feet and replacing the entire HVAC system as well as electrical system upgrades, ceiling removal and replacement, lighting, and veneer masonry repairs. This project was completed during the student’s summer vacation as not to delay school activities.
