E.T. GRESHAM COMPANY renovated 6,300+ square feet of warehouse space, transforming it into offices and blood donor space. The project included structural demolition, new casework, structural steel, painting, new windows, flooring, flood proofing, employee breakroom with lockers, and is now able to meet ADA compliance. A small portion of the space will remain for distribution storage and mobile operations.
