Gresham turned a commercial building fire disaster to an advantage, with a rebuilding scheme that added 60% more building volume to the same site at one-third less cost than duplicating the original.

Beth Sholom Village Renovations/Additions

E.T. Gresham Company completed multiple additions and interior renovations of an existing 77,700 SF assisted living/skilled nursing facility. Work consisted of 46 bathroom additions totaling 4,000 SF and renovations to existing support spaces, including new flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, wall protection, and casework. The facility remained operational throughout construction.
