Gresham turned a commercial building fire disaster to an advantage, with a rebuilding scheme that added 60% more building volume to the same site at one-third less cost than duplicating the original.

Ivor Veterinary Clinic

completed construction management for the site work and construction of a new one-story Veterinary Clinic totaling approximately 4,491 SF. The building structure is comprised of light gauge metal roof trusses and load bearing metal stud walls on spread footing. The exterior skin is comprised of batten-seam metal wall panels, aluminum storefront doors and windows, FRP clad doors, composite trim, and standing seam metal roof panels. A variety of plumbing, mechanical, and electrical services was also provided for this facility.

Site work entailed the removal of portions of existing asphalt/gravel driveway, extending water service to the new building, construction/installation of new dry fire hydrant, wet pond, septic system, entrance drive, parking lot, sidewalks, site lighting, and landscaping.
