E.T. GRESHAM COMPANY completed preconstruction services and value engineering for an addition and major renovation of Calvary Presbyterian Church. The total new and renovated area was 15,000 SF, which included a new fellowship hall, new administrative offices, and a renovation of the old fellowship hall into classrooms. The Gresham team also updated the appearance of the church by constructing a gabled roof over an existing flat roof (about 75% of existing building) and adding a covered colonial-style colonnade sidewalk entrance.
