This project entailed renovation, expansion, elevation, and reworking of site ending in the transformation of a 100 year old house into a completely modernized estate house. Project also included the raising of the main house and carriage house above FEMA flood elevation, relocation of carriage house, the addition of new porches, verandas, sunroom, garage, an elevator, and the renovation of all interior spaces.
