James has over 40 years in the construction industry. He has been with the company in many capacities since the 1980’s, and his construction knowledge and relationship with subcontractors, owners, and architects make him a valuable asset. In his role as Preconstruction Manager, James is responsible for project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, as well as subcontractor outreach and procurement.
