Mike has 33 years of construction experience in a variety of positions. As Project Manager for this project, he will serve as E.T. Gresham’s main point of contact and will oversee the entire project from award through completion. During the preconstruction phase, Mike will establish the construction schedule, provide expertise about construction means and methods, develop the most efficient work plan for the project, and provide a smooth transition to construction services. He also provides a full range of construction management services during the construction phase.
