Mike joined E.T. Gresham as a part-time employee in 2000 while serving as a first responder with the Portsmouth Fire Department. Over his 26-year career, he rose through the ranks to Battalion Chief, served on the Technical Rescue Team, and maintained an EMT Certification. After retiring from the fire department in 2016, Mike joined E.T. Gresham full-time as Safety Director. His responsibilities include OSHA compliance, jobsite safety enforcement, and employee safety training. His background as a first responder and his 20 years of industry experience make Mike uniquely qualified to serve in this capacity.
