Suffolk Library Project

ET Gresham Company is thrilled to be partnering with the City of Suffolk on a $20 million dollar project. Together, with Quinn Evans Architects, we will be working on a new 37,800 square foot Central Library to be built in historic downtown Suffolk. Construction is slated to begin soon with completion late 2025. We were extremely proud to be a part of the groundbreaking event in downtown Suffolk. Stay tuned for project updates!
