K-12 Schools

Throughout our history, E.T. GRESHAM COMPANY has provided pre‐construction and construction management services for many public and private schools. Projects have included renovations, additions, and new construction of K-12 educational facilities throughout Southeastern Virginia and Northeast North Carolina.

Great Bridge Primary School Replacement

Chesapeake, VA

Architect: Waller, Todd & Sadler, a Woolpert Company

• Phased construction of a one-story replacement school and a phased demolition of the existing school.

Norfolk Christian Lower School

Norfolk, VA

Architect: Shriver and Holland Associates

• New private school for grades kindergarten through 5th grade.

Norfolk Christian Upper School Renovations & Additions

Norfolk, VA

Architect: Pentecost Deal and Associates

• Multi-phased renovations and new construction projects for Norfolk Christian's Upper School, a campus that houses a private Middle School (grades 6-8) and High School (grades 9-12).

Northampton High School Addition

Eastville, VA

Architect: Waller, Todd & Sadler Architects, a Woolpert Company

• 12,000 SF addition to add classroom and office space.

Petsworth Elementary School

Gloucester, VA

Architect: Hudson + Associates Architects

• HVAC and roof replacement project.

Plaza Annex Office Building Renovation & Addition

Virginia Beach, VA

Architect: HBA Architecture & Interior Design

• Extensive renovations to existing facility and 50,000 SF new addition.

SECEP Renovations at JFK Middle School

Suffolk, VA

Architect: RRMM Architects

• Fast-track renovations at JFK Middle School for areas occupied by the Southeastern Cooperative Educational Programs (SECEP).

Woodrow Wilson High School

• Reconfiguration of athletic fields and new supporting facilities.
